Fyndr is committed to providing high-quality analytics and ad management services. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee to all clients as a testament to our confidence in the value and effectiveness of our services. This guarantee is available to all new clients and applies to the first subscription period only.
b. Validity of Claims
i. Requirement for a Valid Reason: To qualify for a refund under our money-back guarantee, clients must provide a valid reason for their dissatisfaction with our service. We require detailed feedback on aspects of the service that did not meet expectations or specific outcomes that were not achieved despite the service being utilized as intended. The client must have communicated any concerns or dissatisfaction to Fyndr within the first 30 days of the Eligibility Period to allow an opportunity for Fyndr to address and rectify the issues.

i. Notification: Clients wishing to invoke the money-back guarantee must notify Fyndr within 60 days from the date of purchase. All notifications must be made through official communication channels provided by Fyndr, such as a designated email address or customer service hotline.
ii. Documentation: Clients must provide a written explanation of the valid reason(s) for the refund request, including specific details of any dissatisfaction or unmet expectations. Where possible, evidence supporting the claim should be provided, such as examples of unmet service benchmarks or communication records with our team regarding ongoing issues.
e. Review and Approval
i. Investigation: Upon receiving a refund request, Fyndr will initiate an investigation into the claim to verify the validity of the reasons provided. This may involve consultation with the client’s dedicated analyst, review of service usage logs, and analysis of communications between the client and Fyndr.
ii. Outcome: Fyndr reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the findings of our investigation. Clients will be informed of the decision within a reasonable timeframe. If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 days of the decision.
f. Exceptions
